Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
