Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Prime Watch Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please find below our policy on returns and refunds.

Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Exclusions: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
  3. Defective Products: In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at +923273718272 / pwc@primewatchcollection.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to Model Colony Karachi.

Refunds:

  1. Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  2. Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

  1. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email  at pwc@primewatchcollection.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
